Just as the vineyard enjoys the unique conditions in the Douro, olive trees also take advantage of this terroir to produce exceptional, smooth and sweet oil, as are all the fruits of the region. In the centenary olive groves, planted side by side with the vines, the olives are picked by the stick, as tradition dictates. From here an oil is extracted that concentrates Douro’s histories, traditions and flavors.
